Welcome to the official website of the Tar Heel Leagues. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Whether you are looking to start a new league, register as an umpire, or find tournament information, our state and district leaders are ready to assist. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, leagues, coaches, and parents across our seven districts.

 

  • Leagues must be officially franchised and verified within their respective districts (Districts 1 through 7) to participate in sanctioned tournaments.

  • Eligibility for youth baseball and softball excellence is governed by the official Tar Heel Leagues rulebook and the legacy of Truth, Health, and Loyalty.

 

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including district maps, logos, and tournament brackets, are the property of Tar Heel Leagues.

  • Users may not reproduce or distribute these materials without explicit written consent from the State Director.

 

4. User Conduct & Sportsmanship

In alignment with our mission, all users and participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship. This applies to digital interactions on this platform as well as physical conduct at tournament host sites across North Carolina.

 

5. Tournament & Scheduling Updates

  • Tournament dates and host locations are subject to change following annual spring organizational meetings.

  • While we strive for accuracy, Tar Heel Leagues is not responsible for travel costs or inconveniences caused by weather-related postponements or bracket adjustments.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Tar Heel Leagues provides this website as a resource for the North Carolina youth sports community. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or participation in league activities.

 

7. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Information collected through our contact forms or franchise registration is used solely for league administration and communication purposes within the Tar Heel Leagues network.
